Get off at JR Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Kusatsuguchi Station, then take a bus Bound for Kusatsu Onsen for 25 minutes.
90 minutes from the Shibukawa-Ikaho IC on the Kan-Etsu Kan-Etsu Expressway.
70 minutes from Usui-Karuizawa IC Joshin Expressway.
